Ingredients:

1 LB of ground beef

2-3 tablespoons flour

2 cups red chile

1 bag of Fritos

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Salt & pepper (seasoning is optional)

Toppings:

Shredded cheese

1 head of lettuce (chop 1/4 of the head of lettuce)

1 tomato (diced)

1 onion (chop 1/2 of the onion)

Sour cream

Place 1 LB of ground beef in a large deep skillet. Break apart ground beef and add onion and garlic powder to the meat as it cooks. Cook breaking up meat for 5-6 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Once the meat is cooked, move cooked meat to one side of the skillet. Leave about 2-3 tablespoons of grease in the skillet and remove the remaining grease from the skillet. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to absorb the grease left in the skillet. Mix the flour and grease and cook until the flour is brown. Once the flour is brown, mix the browned flour with the ground beef. Then add Red Chile to the ground beef. Stir all the ingredients together and bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the temperature and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add 2 cups of cooked pinto beans to the ground beef and Chile mixture. Stir all ingredients in skillet.

Add 2 handfuls of Fritos to a bowl then add the beans, Chile, and ground beef mixture on top of the Fritos. Then add shredded cheese to liking and top with diced tomatoes and onions, lettuce, and sour cream to liking. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
