Rich in heritage and culture, the Benavidez family traditions are seeped in the most special ingredient of all: Amor (Love).

For generations we have called New Mexico home. Our family has spent many meals at the kitchen table enjoying the comida (meals) prepared by my grandmother’s loving hands filled with cariño (affection). These times together brought a sense of warmth and comfort to our hearts and satisfied not only our grumbling bellies but our souls as well. Our grandmother, who we affectionately called Grandma B, would share her lessons learned from her grandmothers about family, love, and kindness. She always had just the right remedio (remedy) to give us when we were sick or just the right prayer and words of encouragement to share with us when we needed it. Grandma B was the heart and soul of the family.

We are delighted to now share these traditions and wisdom with all of you. All those years ago, my grandmother embodied what is now New Mexico Love. She shared with us the blueprint. From snacks of roasted pinon to fresh green chile on a tortilla to a sacred blessing, they were all shared at the table. Her meals and talks at the kitchen table encouraged us to not just continue her traditions of family but to live them daily with love and respect.

These boxes filled with love and tradition are shared from the root and soul of our family to bring blessings of joy and happiness to yours. Bendiciones
